Terms and Conditions

ElevateBooks is a service of Elevate Alpha Limited (Company No. 15195059), registered in England and Wales.

Service Overview
ElevateBooks provides outsourced bookkeeping and cloud accounting access. Onboarding is complimentary; no payments are taken before your account setup is complete.

Subscriptions & Advance Billing
– Billing is in advance: you are billed during the current month for services in the upcoming month.
– Payment is required before the next billing cycle to ensure continuous service.
– Any excess Accounting Entries beyond your plan are added to your next pre-bill.
– Unused entries do not carry over.
– Plans automatically renew unless cancelled.
– You will receive at least 24 hours’ notice before any activation charge.

Onboarding & Activation
– Submission of the Get Started form begins the free onboarding, which includes Chart of Accounts setup and Opening Balances input.
– Billing only starts after onboarding completes, with a 24‑hour notice before charges post on the last day of the current month, covering next month’s service.
– If onboarding runs past the current month, billing is deferred until complete.
– You may cancel anytime before billing begins — no obligations, no fees.

Cancellations & Service Duration
– Cancel anytime before your first charge; service continues until the end of the current billing period once charged.
– No refunds are available for services already delivered.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you cancel after being billed, your service continues through that paid month.

Service Level Guarantee
We aim to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee them due to external factors. We commit to transparent, proactive communication if delays arise.

Use of AI & Third-Party Integrations
Our service leverages reputable third-party platforms — including AI tools — to automate and speed up bookkeeping.
– Client data may be securely shared with these providers.
– ElevateBooks is not liable for inaccuracies, delays, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

Global Talent & Outsourcing
Our bookkeeping team includes vetted, outsourced professionals worldwide. We only grant them access to your data as needed, under strict confidentiality obligations. They may not be UK-based.

Data & Access
Safeguard your login credentials. We may suspend access if misuse or policy violations occur.

Modifications
We may update these terms and will notify you before any significant changes. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
