Additional Information

  • Each plan includes a fixed number of Accounting Entries per month.Any entries beyond your plan’s limit will be billed at ₦200 per entry, as an additional charge to your monthly plan.
  • What counts as an Accounting Entry?
    A transaction, adjustment, reclassification, journal entry, or account creation — no matter the amount or category — is treated as an Accounting Entry. This includes:
    • Journal entries
    • Adjustments or reclassifications
    • New account setup (e.g., general ledger, customer, or supplier accounts)
    • Entries that may or may not involve financial figures
  • Onboarding is 100% free in the first month. Your first month is dedicated solely to onboarding — we’ll help set up your Chart of Accounts and input your Opening Balances.
    No billing, no charges — it’s completely free.

    If you would like us to begin posting entries and billing right away, just let us know and we’ll activate your plan immediately.

  • Subscription is billed monthly, with payment expected from the start of each calendar month.
  • Upgrade requests will take effect from the following month.
    For example, an upgrade requested in January becomes active in February.
    You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts or penalties.
  • Unused accounting Entries from your monthly plan do not carry over to the following month. Each plan resets monthly and unused entries will expire at the end of each month.
